“Been very happy with Globelink for the last 3 years. Now my first claim... I was robbed in Italy in April. Claims are managed by Reactive Claims. Sent everything they asked. Told me what it would be covered. I disagreed, and I am right (probably they did not read the police report). August... and still waiting for a response. So... we will see if I am happy or not. It is easy to be happy when there are no problems.”

“I liked the offer for early renewal giving a substantial saving especially as one gets older. It was very straightforward to fill in form even for one who is not so nimble on the keyboard!”

“The travel insurance options were good. The medical screening hotline were efficient and the extra premium for pre existing conditions was fair and reasonable. Recommend them for seniors and expat travel insurance.”

“I rang from Greece, the service was great, helpful, efficient and extremely quick! When I wanted a minor change made to the name on the policy (error being mine) the change was made immediately and replacement documents were sent out straight away. Favourably impressed all round. Thank you!”

“The only problem I had with renewing my cover on line was with the payment as VISA declined my card as, I suspect, my address is in Spain and my card registered in UK. One telephone call to the Globlink office resolved the matter with a new poliocy document being received. within minutes”

“As I don't go on holiday until the end of September I do not know what the response will be if I have to make a claim. Yes it was easy to sign up for the insurance but the proof of the pudding is execution. I suppose I am grateful that at 84 I am able to get travel/health cover as I would hate to be a burden on my son when I arrive”
