“Website all ok. The only issues that I had to deal with were the following: With annual multi trip travel insurance I had to phone for confirmation regarding my age. I am currently 65 but will be 66 in June. Therefore I wasn't sure whether I should complete trhe form at my current age. Phone call to your office dealt with the issue effectively and confirmed that it is my current age that I should use. We are currently based in Spain although we have UK residency. We are looking after my elderly parents who reside in Spain. Your website does not cover this position. We spoke to one of your Colleagues who effectively dealt with this issue. She confirmed that if we were registered with a doctor (which we are in Spain-we have private healthcare in Spain) and we are currently residing in Spain then we should complete the form with Spain as our residency.”

“Well, I wouldn't go that far. I realise the need for Travel Insurance and have been using Globelink I.T.I. for over 7 years. Couldn't get through to the Office which is annoying but managed to complete online.”

“Easy to get, sign up is very straightforward. But, what they don't tell you is that they do not handle the claims, another, probably huge company called RightPath handles the claims and they are painfully slow, it takes MONTHS to get anything done, with each email sent being answered after no less than 10 days and usually more. I did finally get paid for a claim but it took nearly 6 months for something really simple, the service is less than acceptable.”

“I have a low grade cancer but am otherwise reasonably fit and well. I still work in a garden nursery. I have no symptoms and the tumour is smaller each time I have a scan. I am going to Dublin for a weekend and the lowest cover I could find was £170 which is quite ridiculous for a weekend. Finally I found Globelink and you gave me the cover I required. I don't expect my illness to be covered. Thank you for making my trip more practical. Janice Hill”

“Went for annual travel insurance so much cheaper than elsewhere and it had the cover I wanted. Quick and easy to apply. Even take PayPal! Within a few minutes I had completed the firm and had my certificate emailed. Wait to see if they are as efficient if I have to make a claim!”

“Arranging my travel insurance through Globelink was a painless process. Questions were answered before I'd even asked them. Their price compared very favourably to other insurers.
