“Straightforward purchase. However, I do think the medical excess is too high, after all, you take out insurance to cover you for risk. £100 to £150 would be acceptable.”

We have kept the medical excesses low on our Economy and Regular policies for shorter trips of up to 60 days but while we have been able to maintain longer trip durations and competitive premiums the medical excess does increase, subject to age on the comprehensive policies.

“I had to make a claim last year. The response was excellent. All sorted through a third party quickly and as I had paid the extra for zero excess, I got all the money spent out. Excellent service.”

“It's a very qyick and straight forward. The only thing missing is a PDF copy of the policy. At the moment I can only print on paper.”

“Setting up was the easiest site I tried. The cover offered was reasonably priced. A good insurance only comes into its own if you are forced to make a claim, and I take this cover for my piece of mind, in the hope I never need to claim.”

“The use of online purchase is so easy and straight forward, I have not yet had need to make any claims, the information that is supplied regarding making a claim are very straight forward, and easy to understand, I feel very confident should I ever need to make a claim.
