We recently decided to acquire a new van for Council use. Procurement for Councils is not straightforward: we do not fit into standard corporate categories, and we are required to get three quotes on all major purchases to get ‘best value’. I contacted your company as one of the three and spoke to Melanie Nice at your Bristol office. I would just like to say that she provided an exceptional level of customer service. She took time to actually listen to our requirements, gave straightforward advice and provided a spread of possible options with clear details of the associated financial commitments. She negotiated the difficulties in reconciling the finance company requirements with our unusual corporate structure and was unfailingly prompt, clear and cheerful throughout the process. I have no hesitation in saying that it was her personal approach that secured the sale, and it is only fair that her managers should be aware of it. Many thanks & best regards

It was Steve Harris who was the one that made my decision easy to use Global he was excellent from the first call to the last and had all the answers that I needed regarding van finance . I had a lot of businesses phoning me but none of them had the enthusiasm and drive to get the sale done in my time frame .

Yes 10 out of 10 in all respects for your service, responses and the vehicle when it arrived. Would thoroughly recommend your services. Why pay dealer prices when can get same thing and as good a service from you at much cheaper price with great savings? Thanks to all concerned.

Re commending to a friend you’d get a 10. Reason – easy to deal with, prompt quote return, keen price and the promise of a £100 on a recommendation resulting in a sale!

I'm glad to say my feedback will be very good, Global have been very professional throughout the whole process, from my first contact with sales Ryan who kept in touch with me and done his best to answer all my question right to the end including the email I have received from yourself. So I can't fault Global 10 out 10 and I would recommend Global vans to a friend as it was recommended to me. This person also purchased a Citroen Relay Ron Howard of K&R signs only a few weeks ago. Once again thank you for all your assistance and I hope to do business with Global again.

Everyting went brilliantly until you give them a deposit, then dont expect a return call or even a delivery date! they claim even not to be able to sell us GAP insurance ! however van has now been delivered and is fine still waiting for calls to be returned though!

The van is great I wish I did it ages ago I've already recommended global vans to my friends also in the building trade this is based on the fact that I have found Anne-Marie and especially Jordan Nash extremely helpful as I'm not to great at sorting this kind of thing out and and when I've asked questions (as there was a few ha ha.) you've both answered directly and friendly so I can say that you've made this quite easy so many thanks and hopefully you here from one of my friends soon thank you Aaron Turner.

I have been very impressed with the performance of Global Vans. I had never used a broker before to buy a vehicle, so was very cautious. However, I dealt throughout with Tony Hockley, who was extremely helpful and patient. He always kept me fully in touch with progress, by phone, text and e-mail. Initially, I wanted to order a vehicle to my own precise specification, for conversion into a motorhome. When it became clear delivery dates would be too far in the future, he went the extra mile and trawled around to find a vehicle which very nearly matched my requirements, and which was immediately available. For reasons which were no fault of either party, it transpired that this van wasn't quite what I needed, so the deal didn't proceed in the end - but despite this, the professional and friendly attitude never changed, and the holding deposit I had paid was repaid without demur. I was very impressed by the whole operation, and won't hesitate to contact Tony again when I need a new van.

Out of 10 I would rate you as a 10 as Gemma did everything she said she was going to when she said she was going to do it.

We were very happy with the experience received as a customer of Global Vans. Our query was dealt with very efficiently and we were offered a very competitive price. Responses to questions were quick and the team we dealt with were very pleasant, helpful and well-mannered on the phone. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I would recommend Global Vans Score number 9. In fact, I am recommending you to my Brother in law who also needs a similar van to ours in Silver. The only disappointment was the day it was delivered. I was told by the Driver that he was scheduled to leave at 10 am but the van wasn't ready. I phoned the Admin dept. and was told it was leaving at 1 p.m.. The driver phoned us at just before 3pm and said he was just leaving. So the van arrived in the dark and we were unable to inspect it upon delivery. I would suggest that during the Autumn and winter months, you endeavour to get vans delivered in Daylight. Also, keep the Customer more informed on the day of delivery. I lost a whole day waiting around for it. Please thank Tony for all his help and Amanda.

I would definitely recommend global vans so would give 8 / 10. I only gave 8 out of 10 because I felt there was a lack of communications with regards to vehicle updates. Having not been through the process before, and after being advised when I first contacted global vans that the process usually only takes around 2 - 3 weeks. Having nobody contact me to explain what was happening or why made the process very frustrating.

We would like to give you some feedback regarding your employee Gemma Chandley. We believe she must be a valued member of staff as she has excellent customer service skills. Gemma is very efficient, helpful and will provide the customer with all the information that they require, as well as a quote and deposit that we are happy with. We believe that feedback for a company is important and Gemma's performance is outstanding giving a 10/10 rating. My partner and myself were extremely pleased and must state that Gemma is an asset to your company.

I am very Happy with my van and I would rate Global Vans 9 out of 10 the only moan I have is that the van was delivered much later than the original date you gave me.
