“Fraudulent company, I didn’t even sign the contract and they are refusing to refund me my £550 plus there using scare tactics saying there could be additional charges as told to me by Ben Scroggs All of this because I didn't want to proceed? they've acted like a child throwing toys out of the pram just because I've decided I don't want to take the lease on anymore they couldn't have simply refunded my deposit and we both went our separate ways Trading standards will be notified AVOID!!!!!”

Hi Lee, thank you for your feedback. I can see you placed an order for a new Citroen Dispatch, signed the order form and paid the £550 holding deposit. We allocated you a stock vehicle and processed everything our end, you then contacted us to cancel. As per the signed order form, we clearly state there are cancellation charges, we do try to minimise these but you are ordering a £25,000+ vehicle and there are costs involved. I've arranged a call back with the relevant department to try and resolve any issues.

“When calling up for a quote on 2 vans I was told by Kristoff “get your order in quick as we only have 8 left in stock, delivery of vehicle in 6-8 weeks”. This was obviously a lie as the order was placed in May this year and I still have no vans (now waiting 7 months), the reason for the delay is because of manufacturer production issues. The vans obviously were not in stock at the time of the sale so the sales rep has lied to make a quick sale. Updates were also not provided unless I chased the company.”

“We have been constantly lied to since July 2022. Promised delivery of a new van. Delivery dates moved constantly with insufficient explanation. Just false information and promises. Pushed from one person to another and the last person was extremely rude”
