“I was promised a van in stock with 2 weeks delivery. After paying and placing the order, the 2 weeks promised for the van delivery proved to be just dust in the wind. During that time nobody from Global Vans reached out to tell me that there are delays. Nobody. As the order is well overdue for delivery upon chasing them they were unable to confirm a delivery date. Their communication was blunt, defensive and lack of any sort of customer empathy. Obviously not knowing when I can get my van I have called them to ask for a refund. And they have refused to provide me with that although they have not delivered the order. I was told that as per the contract I have signed they don’t provide a refund. And I was made to feel bullied by the senior salesman I spoke to. I recommended that you try somewhere else as their service is simply appalling and they seem to be horrible to deal with. There’s no focus whatsoever on the customer and should I have known about the possibility of this extremely unpleasant situation, I would have avoided them 1000%. Very eager and greedy to take your money, inexistent customer support after.”
