“I am happy to give feed back: I would rate Global with a 10 happily They made leasing my vans easy apart from filling out paperwork that I hate doing it was a very simple process. Next vans I lease I will come to you first and as long as the prices remain as competitive as on this time round I will happily lease with you again.”

“The van is excellent thankyou and with regards feedback I would give global 10 out of 10, from the first contact everything was so smooth. It all happened so quickly and with no drama that I personally could not believe how quick and seamless it all was. I would not hesitate to use global again.”

“Global vans have been very facilitative in getting me the van of my choice on time, in the right condition. I have never bought a van before and have been delighted with the experience. I live on the Isle of Skye so spending a day travelling to and from a location to get a van takes valuable time away from me conducting my business. The van was bought to my door and they even helped me get some money off my insurance! Thanks Global Vans, I'll be back. Highly recommended”

“I would certainly recommend Global to a friend in fact have already done so ! The sales guy Olivier was very helpful and informative as well as the follow up admin side of things from Amanda , very helpful indeed and kept me informed all the way right down to delivery of the vehicle”

“You need to read the small print there not the cheapest sales around and there will ways find a reason not to match or beat other deals I would Certainly look around I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone”

Hi Raymond, thank you for your feedback. I have looked in to your case and you wanted to take advantage of our price promise guarantee. As discussed we needed a copy of your quote from the Ford dealer so we could check the details and if everything was OK we would of sent you our revised quote at the lower rental. On reading your quote from the Ford dealer it became clear that they had quoted you on a six month old used vehicle with 500 miles on the clock, therefore it wasn't a like for like brand new 68 reg van that we were offering you.

“I am enjoying my new van, I couldn’t be happier in fact. The van is everything I expected and I have no need for any further assistance at this time thank you. I would give Global Van Solutions a score of 9 and would happily recommend them to anyone. My reason for this score is mainly because of the ease of the whole process. I was very pleased with the service given by Ali Layaz, from the beginning he listened to what I required and wanted and he didn’t try to up-sell me. He was always more than polite on the phone as well as helpful. I was also equally as pleased with the service given by Natalie Gatto who helped me with the admin process, again a pleasure to deal with. I would really like to say thank you to them both. Please feel free to publish the above. Thank you for the warranty details. I will happily use Global Van Solutions again in the future if the need arises.”

“I have had very good service from Global vans. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The forms were easy to fill in on line and the van came on the date we arranged. The delivery driver was friendly and polite and showed me how everything worked. All in all a very good service.”

“Placed an order for a van, waited for a week heard nothing then was told not in stock for 3 months so had to order another. Ending up waiting 5 weeks for the van instead of the 7/10 days we were told when we ordered. Paid out £370 for a hire van due to this. Communication poor. Catalogue of errors including new van being sent to the wrong house. Spent to much time chasing updates and information via email and phone calls. Very stressful indeed. Felt like I was bothering them.”
