“10/10 fantastic customer service, every question i had was answered. No hanging around waiting for call backs or replys to emails. And the best thing was the fact the sales guy richard wasnt pushy, he gave me the information i wanted and gave me time to make my descision. Best company ive dealt with in a long time.”

“I found the service given by Global to be very good. Only an error in the detail of the final quotation, and being chased for an insurance document which had already been acknowledged as having been received, stopped me from giving a perfect 10.”

“I thought global vans were excellent , Tony who I dealt with was very friendly and explained everything's I needed to know, I would give them 10/10 for that, I have already referred a friend of mine, Brendan Connolly to global vans and he will be getting a new van after Xmas, he dealt with Tony as well.”

“On a score of one to ten for global van service I would score the company at 10.My reasons are that Global vans made it a very simple and easy process to lease my van.Staff were courteous,efficient and friendly at all times.I would not hesitate to recommend Global vans to my friends for providing such a helpful service.Best regards,Michael Watson.Finishing Touch.Southampton.Hants.”

“Within minutes of sending an enquiry I was bombarded with emails and texts. Ok, a little bit OTT but this is the way of the world. BUT.......never heard a thing after Mark emailed to say he would contact me "within a few hours" the next day. Dropped an email reply at the end of the day to say I hadn't heard anything. Got a reply from Mark saying it was very busy, and that he would call first thing and make my deal a very good one. Guess what...? Not heard a thing. Try cutting down on the typical sales patter and actually deliver what the customer wants: no fuss, honest and up front information. Not impressed in the slightest.”

“I would recommend to others. When I found the advert for a new van on the internet, it had an outright purchase price. When I enquired about purchasing the van I was told that it was a lease only option available. However on further negotiation I realised that this option could suit our business better. The service we received was superior to our local dealerships and the transaction from enquiry to delivery exceeded my expectations. I'll be back for another van in 6 months. Thank you”

“Global vans found the vehicle I wanted and got me the price I wanted to pay. Contact was good even though vehicle was 3 weeks late. Sales team were very nice however slightly on the pushy side for my liking. Will defiantly use again.”

“1-10 I would say 10 I found the staff really helpful, the way it's arranged makes it very easy to go forward understanding the structures of the finance etc. I would also recommend global vans to anyone who spoke of getting a new van”

For me outstanding communication skills, always contacted me when he said he would , polite curtious and a will to be pleasant at all times. “The transporter is a great van! I recommend you to all my friends that want a new van. (Mitrex1 had 3 vans, Bradley evens, a friend of mine call sue also had a van, warren evens phone you today for a car) so yes highly recommend.”

“Score 10 We are extremely happy with the service . Jack Elliot went out of his way to help us and we couldn't thank him enough. Only issue was with the delivery - we were told we would be given an hour notice and we requested 2 hours -we only got told about 20 mins before it was delivered which caused problems. Other than that we would highly recommend global vans”
