Both Alice and Amy dealt with my enquiries very efficiently in the most helpful, professional, and courteous way, further consolidating the highly positive experience I have had in leasing my vehicle through Global Vans. “Jordan Nash. What a respectable and straight-talking supplier of ours. I'll start with this. One of the UK's largest motor dealerships wouldn't even entertain us yet Jordan at Global Vans sorted us out with a Brand New Van & Car for our business. We found them on Google, didn't start pestering straight away, found the exact vehicles. Signed, Sealed, & Delivered extremely quickly. Few understandable hiccups but Jordan amended it on his own accord and told us after as he has our best interests at heart. We were kept up to date every step of the way. We received the best deals possible and I returned to purchase GAP Insurance from an unrelated colleague as I trusted Global Vans. Later on, in the year they will be having my business for motor insurance and ANY future vehicles. 100% Well Done All At Global Vans.”

“I’m currently at the end of a contract with Global Vans and I simply cannot reach anybody about the return. You call and wait on hold for ages. Or if you call later in the day when they claim to still be open the “out of hours” team take a message for a call back, but they never call you back. So I can’t return it, meaning I’ve had to renew insurance just to keep it safe even though it should no longer be my problem. To make matters worse, I’ve been overcharged by £700+ this year, but again, can’t get hold of anyone… I submitted a contact form on the website asking to make a complaint and I received the response “thanks we’ll get someone to call and prepare a bespoke quote” so they don’t even read what you send either. I used to be a big van and have referred sales to them, but not after this experience.”

“Omg. Yea professional service from Charlie Ridler! Spoke an worked with a lot guys in my life as a Director! Had a lot problems of course but which company hasn’t ??!!
