“Ben Pomphry was very helpful found a van for me. took a little longer than expected as office lost paperwork price was ok, and delivery was fine they used courier delivery being very rural a transporter would have been a better choice, then i wouldn't have felt obliged to run driver to town station about 5 miles away”

“The worst customer service ever experienced, never calls back, makes up their own rules. They cancelled my order then said id cancelled it so basically stole my deposit. Also know of someone that has had a new Ranger back in the garage 7 times so far and they haven't helped at all! Fake reviews, avoid at all costs.”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I can see from your file that you ordered a in stock Mercedes Sprinter in October 2020, I'm sorry to hear that you had to close your business for five months but the Mercedes dealer couldn't keep the vehicle on hold any longer so in May 2021 the vehicle was reallocated. I have asked Jack to call you to resolve any outstanding issues.

“been dealing with Mr Cory jones for sometime now. found him really easy to deal with cracking personality and he really does deliver the service. communication and call backs etc spot on and keeps you really up to date with the orders sure he's dealt with around 15 vans / cars now without fault.”
