“Ordered van in February as I was informed of delivery in April, paid deposit and now in July and still no van. No emails are answered and I'm still not received any updates yet still paying for hire van for business, I can understand delays but not being updated is poor service”

“5 vehicles on order and due to have a second van off Global Vans. Our Point of contact Gavin has been very helpful and efficient with communication and the arrangements of our ever expanding fleet. Bit of a delay and some stock issues initially due to the COVID back log which was understandable but got sorted in the end. Would recommend 100%.”
