From ordering van to delivery all went very well, but one of the extras ordered i.e tow bar was a disaster (wong bar and electrics). Problem still ongoing

Rang twice to arrange a rough time for delivery; neither lady rang me back so delivery driver had to sit for an hour until I could get back. A little info back from admin would have avoided this.

We are sorry that the delivery communication was not better. Sometimes when the driver is on route it is impossible to get an update on exact timescales as the driver can not answer phone. Thank you for your van lease business.

Steve Harris and Paul Fricker served me with excellence, not only was the deal very competitive, but their service was top class. Only issues are I think the parrot bluetooth installed is the one below the spec discussed and was not told about inflation kit instead of spare wheel.

Only thing was delivery, they said that they would let me know roughly what time it would be delivered. (They never) so I wasn't in and they rang me and I was 20 minutes away so he had to wait. Many thanks, John.

Apologies for not having enough prior warning, delivery companies usually call the customer when their new van is an hour away but this can be sometimes difficult to do while the delivery driver is in transit. We thank you for your feedback and hope your new van works well

Overall very satisfied with service. In my opinion you kept the remainder of my deposit longer than necessary.

During busy periods, there can be a delay with aftersale processes but we are pleased you've had a great experience at Global Vans for your new van purchase
