I have just purchased a van and that was all down to Cory Jones, he made the whole transaction very easy and was helpful throughout

Ben Pomphry guided me through the process and made it all easy. I would have preferred a realistic estimate of supply time from ordering date, as I was paying a day rate on my old van and the new van eventually arrived 6 weeks after the initial target date.

On contacting Global Vans I was assigned a fantastic member of staff Angie Casimiro who was able to order my new vehicle and keep me up to date every step of the way, which was very helpful. All relevant paperwork was dealt with quickly and with no hassle. I would recommend Global Vans and hope you also get assigned Angie. Great Stuff 😉

I am a fleet manager for a medium sized company and we have leased over 25 vehicles from Global Vans for over the last 5 years. Shaun is my main contact at Global Vans and his professionalism and can do attitude makes this whole process very easy and smooth. Shaun is personable and proactive, as the needs of the business I work in are very specific, he always seems to find what I am looking for in a timely manner with regular updates. I highly recommend them as they go above and beyond to assist.

Do not use quite happy to take your money and not deliver your van, very poor communication.Ask for call backs never get called back, van not in stock but they say it is. Was told it would be with me by late July ,been told today that now due in October, but I had to chase Global Vans to find out this. I was dealing with Brahmin and Zoe but could not get through to them so had to speak to one of the directors, for Brahmin to finally call back. Absolute shambles very unprofessional could not run a bath

Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback. I've had a look at your file and can see placed an order on the 12th May with a ETA of August 2022. Occasionally factory orders can slip back, I've asked our sales manager to speak to the manufacturer and get the latest information, if the revised date isn't suitable we can look at an alternative vehicles or cancel your order. I hope we can continue with processing your order.

I first used global vans 5 years ago, I was so happy with the service I didn't bother to look elsewhere when it came to a new lease, They worked collectively together as a team and actually communicated with each other to achieve goals, Jason Perry was my main contact on both occasions and assisted me in everyway possible to A help sell my first van, and B do everything possible to get the right van at the right price! All staff are extremely polite and very patient! Will always recommend to friends and colleagues! Matthew R1 Electrical installations.

Please don't use this company. I have been messed around and lied to. They cancelled original van due end of April. Promised me one end of May. Van still not here. I've been ringing and emailing since 31st May to be told its at Sea somewhere but no ETA. Louie was my 1st point of contact then it moved to Ben then Kate now Jacob. Still awaiting a senior sales person to contact me. If I don't have a van By the week of the 20th as told to them back in March then I have no business and they do not care. Even lied to me last Friday when I asked to speak to Louie they told me he was on the phone but would call me back. Yes you guessed it no call. So I rang Monday 9.15 am to be told Louie doesn't work there hasn't done for several weeks. People order vans mainly for their work so when I state I can't work unless I have a van by this day and they say yes I will then I expect it. If I treated my customers this way then I wouldn't have any. So please don't be fooled like me the vans are not at the prices advertised and they treat you like it doesn't matter when they let you down

I agree the original lead time has fallen back slightly, unfortunately this can occasionally happen, especially in the current climate. I hope we can supply you again in the future.

Very good response time, a few niggles with vans going so quick (times we live in) but overall Kristopher sorted out our sale fairly smoothly.
