With regards to the new transit connect van supplied by yourselves, we have no problems at all and are very pleased with the van, Unfortunately it is my son who drives it and I must admit that I am envious as I have the older version. I would score you a 10 and would certainly recommend Global Vans to anyone, the reason is due to the ease of which and how the hire contract was carried out. I will certainly consider Global Vans when our other vehicles are due to be replaced.

We would definitely recommend Global Vans – 10 out of 10. We bought our second van within three weeks of receiving the first. We were kept updated throughout and the turnaround from point of order to receipt of the vehicle was excellent.

My engineer is very happy with the van. For your service it was generally good except I wanted a Vaxhall Vivaro van which at the end of April your company said due to the ability to get that van I would have to wait till early June so I changed to a Ford transit custom that you had already but I still didn't get delivery till early June even though you already had all my paperwork from the first van I bought from yourselves.

I am very pleased with my new red ford custom limited. I would rate global vans 10/10. The whole process went smoothly I was not let down in any way, I had phoned 2 other retailers who advertise on the web but after speaking to your sales person Jordan Nash his enthusiasm and getting my questions answers were 2nd to none.

In the main I’m happy with the purchase, however we were very desperate to take delivery and on my initial enquiry I was told vehicles were in stock and you would be able to deliver within 2 weeks. The actual delivery was 4 weeks later, it appeared to me that after paying the holding deposit there was a couple of weeks of no communication and I had to chase the progress on several occasions before finance documents etc were received. This was a little frustrating and I was expecting better communication, perhaps some form of online order tracking would be useful instead of customer having to keep ringing.

Hi John, thank you for the feedback. I've looked through your file and I can see you placed your deposit on the 28th April but we didn't receive your signed order form until the 7th May. Unfortunately we can't process orders until a signed order form is received so this 9 day wait for the form did delay you receiving the vehicle, we did chase it a couple of times but following your feedback we may have not tried hard enough. Once we did receive your signed form we sent you your finance documents the next day and delivery took place the following week. I do apologise for letting your initial delivery timeframe slip from two weeks, we do now have a dedicated member of our team who's job it is to chase signed orders forms daily to ensure there are no unexpected delays. I would rate global vans as a 10/10 and a 10/10 for Kristopher and others all very helpful. To arrange to Jersey via POOLE additional new procedure was handled well.

Where do I start..oh yeah DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!! The initial service was very good UNTIL they had your deposit then the service fell dramatically. I bought a transit custom through them and there was delays with Ford which I knew Global Vans could not help but I was constantly given false promises and guarantees that they would ring me back with updates. It wasnt until I contacted them about not ringing or emailing me back that they got in contact with me. This happened numerous times. I asked to be put through to the director, Jon, who rang me and I explained the situation to him and he said he would personally look into my case and ring me back that day..NO PHONE CALL back off him and not a phone call since after numerous requests. Terrible terrible service from a supposed reputable company. BNP Paribas took £4200 out of my account without letting me know making me go overdrawn. I didn't even have a delivery date for the van and they had my money. The direct debit went out of my account and I didn't have the van. They seem to be very happy to have your money then the contact pretty much stops...unless you harrass and harrass them to let you know whats going on. I finally got an email saying the van would be delivered and they would give me a call the day after checking that the van was ok and promising some compensation...NO PHONE CALL EVEN TO CHECK WHETHER THE VAN WAS DELIVERED CORRECTLY AND WITHOUT DAMAGE...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!. You might wait a bit longer with the dealership but at least you have a face to talk to instead of constantly being on the phone and emailing them....I repeat...do not use this company...if this is how they treat their customers I'm surprised they are still in business. Very disappointed

Hi Ben, thank you for your review. I've gone through your file and I'm genuinely sorry that we've let you down. We do pride ourselves on our communication and have developed a purpose build order management system over the last 13 years which has primary aim of keep customers updated on their orders through phone/email/text messages. I can see from your record we contacted you 14 times during your order. Unfortunately Ford did experience some logistical delays during April and May which caused big issues for all Ford suppliers, these issues have now been resolved but I understand at the time it was very frustrating. I can see from the telephone records on your file we have tried to contact you on a few occasions but didn't manage to get hold of you, I understand you were on holiday for two weeks at the beginning on May. The initial payment for vehicles tend to come out by direct debit a few days after delivery but unfortunately on this occasion the delay on delivery was not notified to the finance company in time so the payment did come out slightly early, again I apologise for this and as discussed we have compensated you for this mistake. I understand your frustration with your order, I agree it didn't go to plan and the delays although out of our control were disrupting. Once again thank you for your business it is very much appreciated, I hope you enjoy your Ford Transit Custom.

From start to finish Gemma C sorted everything out with ease, and of course the price was far cheaper than available elsewhere ! Would certainly use Global Vans again without any hesitation. Highly recommended ten out of ten from me. Dave Scott Ford transit custom limited

I rang a few companies up to get quotes. Some didn't bother to get back to me, those that did - knew little about the vehicles and pricing or I found myself repeating my requirements over and over. Then I found Global. Professional from the outset. Excellent follow up, good knowledge of their products. Kept informed every step of the way. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Global. I have to say that Gemma C, the main person i have dealt with was very knowledgable and couldnt be more helpful with sorting everything out, nothing was too mich trouble for her and even went the extra mile when items were out of stock to try to source alternatives! Absolutely amazing service from Gemma, would highly reccomend.

An excellent service from the Team at Global Vans! My only bug to bear, is that the the van was delivered dirty. I understand that it had been driven over 400 miles to me, but the dirt was old - it had not been valeted to showroom condition upon dispatch.
