“Still had no phone call as promised 3 days ago the van i ordered never had a long lead time also I sent my personal bank statements as the van was for me not my business so then to ask for my bank statements should not be of interest wot so ever this company have fobbed me off and still not made contact all they wont is a deposit then wont to keep it this is out of order this will be took futher so hopefully they don’t do it to others”

Hi Liam, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered a bespoke Ford Transit Custom in October 2021, with the long factory lead-time, the credit approval expired by the time the van arrived. The finance company wanted to see your business bank statements to reapprove the finance, we are still waiting for these to be sent, unfortunately we can't proceed any further until these are supplied. I've asked the assigned sales manager to give you a call to try and resolve any issues.

“Waited over a year for a ford custom paid the £550 depoist once it was in they wanted to a credit check again as it had been too long so asked for my bank statements sent them over apparently then they wanted my business bank statements NOTHING to do with it as it was for personal use then told me I lost the van and they would be keeping the deposit I have bought other vehicles of this company that did go alot smoother but they will be losing my custome now as I belive it’s a FRAUD”
