“Great help toget you to buy van or vans but awful customer services along the way with issues over the plan years every time lawful arrogant unhelpful staff. Don’t be fooled by there nice helpful way before as they want yr Buisness but once you have signed sealed and delivered they don’t want to know with anything and do not contact you back as they always fob u off and you have to argue to get anywhere. Especiallly Justin who was very rude to my wife and totally Not proffesional. And messed up our re finance on one van and basically told my wife tuff”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I've had a look at your file and spoken to Justin, I can see you leased a van back in 2014, I can see some communications over the past seven years and a recent conversation where we were unable to help with your request. I'm sorry you felt disappointed with our response. I'll arrange a call back for this afternoon to discuss further.

“I needed to order two vans quickly and was recommended to Global by a relative. Let’s just say I won’t go anywhere else now. The service, the patience that they showed when I changed my mind about make and model was great. Jake Meek put my mind at rest that the vans would arrive on time. He dealt with everything from start to finish professionally and was easy to talk to. He called me with regular updates and I’m pleased to say that both vans are great. Thanks Jake and thanks Global.”

“Was a great service from start to finish, my van wasnt bang on time bue due to circumstances that has to be unders stood, all people that i dealt with were brilliant and always helpful, from gino ordering in the first place to the person on the delivery. Would definately come back for my next van. Thankyou”

“Steve Trapnell and the team at global continue to provide excellent service and have really helped my business grow. Recently took delivery of two maxus edeliver3 vans and couldn’t be happier. Great little vans and easily getting 140miles a day from a charge. Will definitely be purchasing more vans from Steve as my business grows.”

“I was totally new to the prospect of leasing a new van for the first time. My experience was made to be very stress free, relaxed and straight forward and all this is thanks to Jamie Griffiths for being pleasant, knowledgeable and straight talking. He is surely a credit to the team. I would recommend anyone to seek global Vans and see what they can do for you.”

“Global Vans helped me secure a van sooner than the other competitors I contacted at the time. Sadly, we were promised we would have it in two weeks, but it actually took four - which I am confident was due to the macro environment and the challenges procuring vehicles. That said, the level of customer service throughout the journey was fantastic. Communication was regular throughout and as it was my first time leasing a vehicle, I had a lot of questions but Charlie Ridler always gave me the time to answer them which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.”
