The whole process was made so easy with all of the the Global Vans staff I dealt with. (James, Kate, Chelsea to name a few) I received 2 vans in a very busy time with regard to new registration and Mr Khans ULEZ extension, from initial quote to delivery in less than a month. Would I use again? .. without a doubt! Do I recommend?... DEFINITELY!

Spoke with Charlie from Global vans and the level of his Professional Conduct sealed the deal for me No car salesman jargon, he was such a nice and normal person to deal with keep up the Great work Charlie All the best Tony

DO NOT USE THIS SET OF CLOWNS Full of promises they cannot deliver, The only thing they do deliver is faulty vans. I rejected the van within 30 mins of delivery and they just pass the buck expecting you to sort the problems out yourself. I have had to add 140 to start of phone number to get through cos they block your number and never answer messages. I have leased vans for 16,17 years and have never come across anything as bad as this lot. KEEP WELL AWAY

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I understand you found a fault with your new van and were advised to take it to your local dealer for investigation, on inspection they didn't find the issue described on their test drive. We will of course continue to help resolve any issues. As an existing customer your phone calls will automatically get directed to our customer care team rather than the sales team who you first spoke with.

My experience is focused on the sales team and delivery team I stayed with Glibal vans as the take pride in doing everything they can to ensure the customer experiences the best quality and client service through the order to delivery Key to my journey was Robert Prideaux from sales He made multiple sacrifices to ensure my van was right for me plus providing all the information on progress which also had challenges but Robert was honest around delay times and what he was doing to solve the issue Both sales and administration work extremely close to ensure appropriate inclusion where needed across the group was maintained. This meant I could call several members of the team which was very helpful For this amazing experience I would like to praise Robert for his endeavours as well as Kate, Alice and Chelsea I was very impressed with the strong bond they all had which certainly was the reason I stayed loyal which provided me with a positive outcome

terrible service we was promised the van within 2/3 weeks the van didn't arrive until over 6 weeks later. once the holding deposit was paid really hard to speak to anyone regarding the van. the van arrive wasn't as expected and after over 10 days someone called me back, they were very rude and told me its my own fault and i will have to just deal with the wrong van.

You told us you had a van ready when selling it to us. It's 2 months later. You knew when you were selling me this that I needed a van quickly. As you can see by the text, you lied to get a sale. We have had no end of trauma because of this, mentally this has been challenging as our business is at risk. You lied and didn't give full details of delays which you knew about beforehand.

i am so happy with global as a firm and the staff yous all are a credit to the company ben did what he said and worked hard and got me the right deals for me which has seen me buy at this stage 2 van and hopefully more for my new hire company thank you so much highly recomended and i am hard to please my number 07984595492

Geriant was very helpful and professional and got back to me with my request of 2 ford custom vans quickly. He was able to source exactly what I was looking for and have everything processed in a quick and timely manor, making the whole experience easy and stress free. I have used Global Vans for my last two vans and dealt with Marc P, and both occasions it's been seamless. My current van, beset with the difficulties of availability and lead times, was sourced by Marc and the team and they have kept me updated throughout, once again delivering an amazing van. The person always makes the difference in any company and in my case it was Elliot Watts. He was experinced, clear, concise very helpful and informative. Nothing was a problem and in the end at the end of 2 drawn out months we actually got there!! Over that time he remained focused and continued to work behind the scenes.
