“I ordered the van in October as a swop for one I had with Google 2 years ago .I have had about 12 different dates and after trying to contact somebody again the said it's not here again for the 3rd time.bad communication. Plz don't use them not if your used to working to a deadline.shocking.am trying to cancel as we text”

Hi Tony, thank you for your feedback. I can see you order a bespoke Ford Transit in October which required a factory build. At the time we stated 16-20 week delivery time, we're so far 14 weeks into the order. I can see we've have 42 contacts since you placed the order (either incoming phone call from you / outgoing call from us / text messages). We will continue to keep in contact and advise of a delivery date as soon as it is in the country.

“global vans were very helpful all the way through the transaction, despite my reservations about parting with my money before seeing my van, all the staff were helpful throughout phone calls were returned promptly and the van arrived on time in unmarked condition,I would unreservedly recommend global vans to anyone buying a new van Thank you John burton”

“The van is running great as expected from a ford . I would score Global a 10 out of 10 This is due to the fact that right from visiting the web site to receiving the van I was dealt with superbly. Everyone I dealt with was polite , conscientious and professional. Nothing appeared to be to much trouble , and the whole process was conducted within the shortest possible time scale . Excellent job by all that were involved!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Global again and would most definitely recommend you to anyone. Many Thanks guys n girls”

“We have spoken to a few "can dealers" who sadly had very little product knowledge. Robert P. at Globalvans was definitely the exception! Robert knew in detail what he was talking about, he is knowledgeable without condescension. Thoroughly pleasant helpful young man and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Robert for going the extra mile to get us exactly what we wanted. 100% I DO recommend this person and his company.”

“Global van! Waste of time ! They have no regards to customer services ! Happy to take your money and then not happy to supply a van! And blame ford for the delay and always an excuse! Like ‘the dog chewed my home work’ stay clear! Run by some fresh out of school students who don’t know the difference between hot or cold”

Hi Laurence, thank you for your feedback. I've tried calling you to discuss but the phone number we have on file is disconnected. Please call and ask for Jack so we can discuss. I can see you ordered a Transit Custom in April 2017 and you took delivery in May 2017 but we have no record of any calls or emails over the past 20 months.

“The best company in auto industry, made my life change ,as I was struggling with my business and could not get any better deal because of my low budget ,and higher prices from other companies and non profasinalism .globel vans as a company and sales manager Ricky and sara in admin brought big happiness in my life , it might seems to other people just a good deal of purchasing a brand new and superb van,but for me it was a life changing deal because I was struggling allot with my low budget and supporting a family of three children and a spouse .and global van made us all happy as a family and got me back on track. So 1000 🌟 rating for globalvans as a company and Ricky and sara as an individual. Thanks allot.”
