“As a new business start-up it can be difficult sourcing vehicles. During my initial call with John M I felt like he took a weight off my shoulders. I explained what I was looking for. He went away and sorted a cracking deal for me. I am very happy with the van. Thanks John M and the team at Global.”

“Horrible experiance with globalvans Needed a van fast and they promised me it can be done First they told me 7-10 working day and i paid a hidden cost of 630£ only told about this at the last second. 3 Days after paying they told me van will be delivered in 3 weeks they lied just to get the sale. I canceled that same day and they charged me 630£ and they delivered the van all the way to my house even thou i canceled 3 weeks ago Then they charged me again im £1260 down.Have to sit around a call and fight with people to get my money back all i got from globel vans is drama and issues If they treat me this way, think what you gonna go throw if something goes wrong with your order Tried to get ahold of them they ignore you and say they will call you back never do Stay far far way very unprofessional”

Hi Chris, thank you for your feedback. I can see you placed your order on the 24/9 with a 2-3 delivery timeframe. On the 11/10 you decided to cancel the order. We then processed the cancellation with the supplying dealer and finance company.
