“I'm afraid I'm not very impressed with the customer service I received from Arun at Global vans. I have been speaking to him to get a quote for a new van. When I asked various questions between the different types of finance options, he came across as patronising and unhelpful with his answers. He sent me the wrong figures on one quote and was reluctant to send me amended quotes as he was just about to go to lunch ? When I said I wanted an hour to digest the quotes and come back to him, he became argumentative and told me '' maybe the vans not right for me '' ? Sorry Global, I will be ordering from another firm.”

“Hayley Morris was very helpful with supplying the van. Disappointed no fuel in the van 22 miles to empty. Expected to take delivery driver to a town or city to carry on his journey. Still very pleased with the van.”
