I have and will continue to recommend your company to all who enquire about my van in the Spitalfields London Veg Market. From day one to delivery your staff have been excellent with all the help and information about my purchase with no problem that could not be solved. 4 months and I still do not have my van! Quicker to make it my self and now the finance documents have arrived the price is a lot more then me and the sales man agreed on before I paid my deposit. 10 DAYS FOR A VAN! TRY TWELVE WEEKS AND STILL WAITING! Don't worry my review will not be just on your site!

Hi Neil, thank you for your review. One of our team will call you this morning to go through the figures, I've had a look at the signed order form and the finance documents and I can't see any difference between the two figures. Regarding the delay on your vehicle, I've have a look through the file notes and you placed the order on the 12th June 2015 with an estimated delivery date of the 18th July 2015. This estimated delivery date did fall back to early August when you spoke to our sales manager Simon on the 7th August and it was agreed you would prefer to wait until the new number plate to take delivery. The new 65 registration plate is out on the 1st September so Ford are preparing your vehicle for delivery at the earliest possible date for the new plate. As discussed you'll have a phone call today to go through all these point.

We are fine and enjoying our Skoda. I absolutely love it and so does my husband. We sold the van to a private customer and paid off the lease, I must say that Justin from Global Vans was very helpful with getting the settlement figure for us and helping me with the documents as I didn't know how to fill them in. He was absolutely an angel. I'm happy to provide a good feedback to Global Vans. On a scale 1 to 10 im giving 10 as for recommending you to a friend or anyone else. The reason is that you were very helpful and everything was explained to me properly and in an easy way specially that I was so stressed out worrying that i will not understand something or make a mistake. With your help the whole process of getting a new car was not complicated at all. Of course if I know anyone who wants to buy a van or any other car I will definitely recommend Global Vans.

I have to say i feel that Global Vans are someone i will deal with again, i even recommended them to a worker at a bank who was dealing with a money transfer. I did this for the following reasons the sales staff were very honest they did not try and sell me any extras that i did not need even though i was the one who wanted the extras put on the van. They saved me hundreds of pounds. I saved over 5 thousands on the van itself as another dealer want it 5 thousand more for the same van . Each time i called Global Vans with a query the staff team they were very polite and i felt they worked hard on my behalf. I will meet lots of people in regard to my job and i would recommend 10 out of 10 For Global Vans to hire lease or as i did buy a van the price was great for the van. So thank you all

Absolutely love the new van, was very very happy with the service I received from your company & in particular Jordan Nash, what an exceptional Young man, nothing was ever too much trouble, always, always returned my calls & replied to my emails, even if it was the most ridiculous question. He is an asset to your company & made me feel that parting with the best part of twenty five grand was the best thing to do. Lol. I had tried a few companies before Jordan & your company was recommended to me by a fellow work colleague & I'm so glad I did. Wouldn't think twice about recommending your company or service to any one who asks. Give Jordan a big pat on the back & a wage rise.

the van is ideal for my purposes, on a scale of 1-10 definitely 10- jodie was very good from initial enquiry i never felt under pressure and she took a lot of time to tailor the package .i was always kept informed of progress of the order and delivery was spot on , i have all ready had interest shown in the package by work colleagues so hopefully we will all benefit

Justin who we bought the van from was very efficient, polite and helpful. The reason for the low score is because we had an original delivery date of April for delivery of the van which after two weeks of ordering was changed to May 15th. We were then given two more postponed delivery dates, with the van eventually being delivered on Monday 20th July. Nobody informed us that the delivery date was postponed and we only found out by phoning up to see where the van was after the delivery dates had passed. I understand that the delays were caused by Ford not meeting their deadlines, but we ordered from Global vans, because we were assured that because you had pre-ordered vans in December, it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. the vans were ordered beginning of March, so were expected to be delivered mid April. To wait another three months was a joke and because of this I wouldn't recommend or buy another van from you again. This is a shame, as all other aspects of the service, including Justin and Amanda, were excellent. If we'd been made aware from the start that there may be double the expected lead time, it might not have been so inconvenient and annoying.

Hi Eter, thank you for your feedback. I agree the time scale of the delivery was very disappointing, you ordered the vehicle on the 19/03 with an ETA of May and finally took delivery on the 20/07. Ford did have problems with overwhelming demand on their Transit Custom which did delay your delivery. Looking through the records, I can see we contacted you on the 23/04 by text as we couldn't get through on the phone to explain the delay, we then spoke to you again on the 2/6 to inform you of the further delay, and again on the 15/6 and again on the 30/6. We do pride ourselves on our communication throughout the order process so I do apologise if you feel we didn't update you as expected. I do hope you enjoy your new van and thank you for all the business.

10/10 2) I am very happy with the service we received, there was always someone to speak to, to update me on what was happening. Everything was explained clearly and the sales person Mark was always on hand to answer any questions. The price was very reasonable, and Mark was also helpful in getting me a better price when I had another offer elsewhere. We haven’t received much more information from the finance company, but your admin staff said that they would be in touch within a week after delivery…although I shouldn’t complain about that as they haven’t started taking payments yet! ?
