“Ryan at Global Vans has been incredible. His help and guidance from helping source my vehicle and throughout the whole process has been honestly some of the best customer service I have experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Global Vans to someone looking for a new vehicle. It's also reassuring to know Ryan / the team are on hand should I need any further advice or help in the future.”

“Been supported by Ben Pomphrey from Global Vans since 2019 - so far on our 10th vehicle and can't fault them to be fair. Very fair and transparent in their dealings, reactive, rapid and efficient. Have recommended to other businesses we work with as their service is 5* - keep it up!”

“Unfortunately despite being patient Global vans have delayed my van order taking my £550 deposit in August. Delivery was expected originally in September. I then had to chase them in October to then be told order would be in January 2023. When saying this was not acceptable and wanted to my deposit back they said this was not refundable! So Global vans are essentially scamming customers with excuses blamed on the manufacturers and taking 0 responsibility. They didn’t even bother to inform me of any delays or apologize. When I said the website had new vans which were similar offer they said it was out of date and needed changing! So they are misleading customers by promoting stock they don’t have!”

Hi Waldemar, thank you for your feedback. I understand your order was delayed from the factory, we offered to hold the order until it arrived or to refund your £550 holding deposit. I can see your deposit was refunded yesterday. I hope we can supply you with a van again in the future. thank you.
