“"Charlie Conway" My New Hero!! Starting the day with my van blowing up and being faced with the hard decisions I'm so glad I was informed by my friend of this company and who he dealt with for his van. Charlie was more than helpful and fulfilled a high standard of customer service and satisfaction calling me back with a one off chance van cancellation and did more than his best to secure it for me. Extremely grateful and very relieved cannot give him enough thanks for his efforts”

“I needed a new van before October 21, having started searching several months before. Due to covid nobody could promise me anything before 2022. Tony changed all that and I ended up with a new van at the back end of August as promised leaving me a good month to get it racked out, signed up etc. Communication was good from start to finish. Very happy with global vans, would use them again”

“I used global vans before,and although a few teething issues they resolved them,so when I wanted another vehicle I went back to global vans, Cory was amazing time to talk you through things and explain all,and the whole process was so smooth,I would recommend global vans ,thank you Cory for such a smooth process. Many thanks pro move removals.”

“This service is very helpful, prompt and patient. I say patient because leasing is the first time for me. Dan answered my copious questions and explained the process. I am very happy with my Ford Transit, especially the heated seats!”

“This company has done every thing wrong at every turn during my bid to get a van they have lied to me on phone calls that I have recorded I have been more than patient and now I find out they didn’t bother to settle my old lease and I had debt collectors at my door and a mark on my credit rating the managing director jack Elliott had ignored my calls and bids to sort this out personally before going to the FSA and obandsmen and I have been called a liar on multiple occasions do not use this company I cannot even get them to speak to me”

I understand you've spoken to our Resolution Manager this afternoon, we have processed everything our end and are waiting on the finance company to close the file, we expect this to be completed in the next couple of days so will be in contact early next week to finalise everything but if you want to speak in the meantime please contact our Resolution Manager who can discuss further.
