“I love Makar original gin , my favourite, so I was pleased to use your spring offer last week to buy two bottles. Delivery was prompt so no complaints. However I was disappointed to receive an email flier on Friday with the additional offer of 2 glasses and 2 tonics, which I had missed by having already made my purchases. I did send an email on Friday suggesting that I was sent these as a gesture of goodwill but have had no response.
So how about it? You do say you value your customers and strive to offer optimum level of customer service.

“I did send you feedback but nothing back yet Following purchasing quite a few bottles in the last year I was extremely excited on receiving the latest 3 specials. Tequila very good indeed. My second one. Calvados. Nice, will grow. Unfortunately manzanilla was badly sulphurred. Undrinkable. Shame as packaging and all others were : are great. Cognac cask, the business. Thanks. Gary.”
“Everything is very well packed but the soft nature of the box for the limited edition bottle meant it ended up a little crushed. Also, the triple distilled bottle was inserted in the box at a 90 degree angle, and the bottle isn't round, so again the box was slightly misshapen. Contents fine and as excellent as ever.”

“I always find the first glass of a new whisky utterly objectionable, so always wait until the second before formulating an opinion. I still find the first sip a little stringent but after that enjoyable. The flavours are a bit thick for me and I prefer a little more subtlety. All the same, a very drinkable brew, although I can't help feeling I would have been better off with the Tokaji which I think I missed by a whisker.”
“I am happy with my purchase, the bottle is beautifully design and I look forward to having the bottle with the family over the Christmas period. Delivery was quick as well.
However, the box for the bottle was not in best quality. The box is was a bit damaged and when I open the box to check the bottle, the box top had broke and it was not easy to store the bottle in the box, so I have thrown the box away. A shame as I would of love to keep the box.

My ORDER ID is 13057, and in China the customs said the total price of this package is above 1000rmb, so this package can't be cleared, and it should be sent back. So when you received my package can I return one bottle? maybe choose the triple distilled one to be returned.
Our Chinese customs had helped to make a note on the system to apply for a return. They asked me to contact the sender to provide the return authorization to UPS abroad.
After receiving the return authorization, the customs can help to submit materials to apply for a return. So pls approve the returning authorization asap, otherwise, the parcel will be destroyed.”
“Glasgow Distillery make some of the finest scotch whisky in my opinion. I have criticised the delivery firm for incorrect messages leading to wasted time previously, but this time there was no messages and they managed to catch me in with a fast early morning delivery. So instead of losing 4 points because of incorrect messages they only lose one point for no messages.”
