“Ordering on line was easy, however have heard nothing since so not sure if order is ready or if I can collect at the distillery or if did are delivering email confirm was confusing. I haven’t heard anything responded direct on the website but no response yet”
“I can only comment on the ordering and the delivery as the whiskey has not been sampled until after xmas.
The website and the ordering was good although a small sample of you other bottles would have been good 7 out 10”
“Drinkers who are not whiskey connoisseurs may rate this brand as being not bad. But in the swim of things, it is not refined enough to command a £49 selling price. Does it seem to be an example of a good "value" = young (3-year-old)? malt whisky - that has been very carefully branded for marketing purposes. That said it is a pleasant enough drink. But if you prefer a better "value" whisky I suggest you compare GD's 1770 to the Wine Society's 8-year-old malt Strathspey whisky that retails for just £21. There is a reason why premium whisky brands are priced well north of £50!”

“It would gave been a userfriendly 5 stars but l forgot the delivery company is UPS. Needless to say it didnt arrive on time and had to be rescheduled. Sorry Glasgow Distillery, but l would not ordered if l had remembered it was them.”

However, this latest purchase has been undelivered and I have been unable to change the delivery or contact UPS .”
“I really don't want to be petty but the label has been applied to the bottle really poorly and it is all wrinkled. I appreciate it's a small batch and you're a relatively small company but it just felt pretty poor when the bottle is being advertised as limited edition. It doesn't feel very special. It's a present for someone and it just doesn't look very... professional? So while it's annoying and not something I'm really happy with, it doesn't feel like I can ask for a replacement so I'm just stuck with it.”
“I really like Glasgow Distillery's single malt whiskies, and the Sauternes Finish is excellent, but along with many other serious whisky enthusiasts, we find it overpriced vs other young whisky distilleries given the 50cl bottle size in comparison to the overwhelming industry standard of 70cl, so feel it's a shame that many won't give it a try for that reason.”

“Online order of whisky and glasses set for a 60th birthday gift. Website not the easiest to get around. Faffing about with personilised gift tag -good points quick delivery and product looks good apart from edges a bit uneven in box.
Pleased with overall look and glasses.
However got an e mail to say I signed for it but was out so couldn't have.
My neighbour brought it over later as her friend had taken it by mistake sent to wrong address and lucky she was honest .I Emailed the company still waiting on an acknowledgment or reply. Not impressed shame as good product and would have considered for myself and future gifts too not so sure now though. Could do better I think. Poor customer after sales service”

The package arrived very quickly and was well packed.
However sadly, one of the six glasses had been broken in transit. The bottles and glasses were planned as presents, so it's not gone to plan. Could you replace the broken one please”
