“Tbh I’ve only ever bought stuff as presents so haven’t managed to neck any yet! The rum and gin have great reviews from the family I’ve sent them to, and the citrus vodka was a particularly big hit. The bottles are reasonably priced, and there is always a few extras thrown in like mixers or miniatures, so they do make really good gifts. Delivery has always been quick and hassle free. Could you maybe provide a gift wrapping service? I live sending these products to family and friends back home in Ireland, to give them a wee taste of Glasgow.”
“wanted to try and order locally this year to support local businesses. Ordered on the 12th and got a nice email saying I would get an email when dispatched. Nothing arrived by 20th so emailed company, again got email saying they would look into order. No delivery or further communication, so had to order off a well known next day delivery multinational company, and requested a refund. Still no communication and eventually present arrived on 24th. Shame I could not give it to the person.”
“Firstly - their gins were excellent. Sadly the customer service was non-existent. After not receiving an email telling me when delivery was to be made I tried getting in contact via email and phone with no response. Emailed marketing and received a bland reply then had to chase up again. Then out of the blue, delivery company emailed me to say delivery next day and then delivered the day before! Luckily someone was in. Then had message a week later asking for order detail so they could chase up. I understand how busy and possibly short-staffed during the Xmas period they may have been and I have now received an apology. Maybe I was just unlucky, will I order again? Mmmm have to think about that.”
