“I can't comment on the whisky as this was bought as a gift for a special birthday but I found the ordering etc very straightforward and was delighted that the personalised bottle arrived within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed that I could not see the actual bottle as it would have meant damaging the presentation box.”
