“I bought a bottle of peated whisky & a triple distilled whisky initially , I was extremely impressed with both not just the flavours but also the shape of the bottles so when a 15% came up I purchased a further bottle of the original whisky & a bottle of vodka as a gift for my daughter later this year the service I received was excellent .”

“I love Makar original gin , my favourite, so I was pleased to use your spring offer last week to buy two bottles. Delivery was prompt so no complaints. However I was disappointed to receive an email flier on Friday with the additional offer of 2 glasses and 2 tonics, which I had missed by having already made my purchases. I did send an email on Friday suggesting that I was sent these as a gesture of goodwill but have had no response.
So how about it? You do say you value your customers and strive to offer optimum level of customer service.

“Glasgow Distillery are great, staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Delivery partners on the other hand are poor. 1st attempt not sent to the correct drop off location, not sent to a drop off location at all in fact. It was sent to a business a hour away that emailed to let me know they had it. Second attempt I couldn’t even select a drop off location through their app. It was only when they called me about a failed delivery attempt I was able to pick a drop off location. Thankfully now have my delivery.”
