“Little contact required but everything was very smooth. Delivered 2 days from order. Wish I'd ordered a few days later....I would have gotten a free glass, to add to the present of 2 good whiskies. They haven't been tasted yet as they were bought in advance for birthdays later in the year”

“I always find the first glass of a new whisky utterly objectionable, so always wait until the second before formulating an opinion. I still find the first sip a little stringent but after that enjoyable. The flavours are a bit thick for me and I prefer a little more subtlety. All the same, a very drinkable brew, although I can't help feeling I would have been better off with the Tokaji which I think I missed by a whisker.”

“My latest order delivery was rescheduled twice , and then delivered to a newsagents in Irvine , 10 MILES away ! instead of to my son's address in Kilmarnock. There was no proof of any attempted delivery by UPS ie card with parcels whereabouts etc , and I had to track it down and get my son to make the 20 mile round trip to collect it , I personally would never use UPS as they are very unreliable and do not respond to complaints.”
