“We were visiting Glasgow from the USA. My first drop of scotch out of (3) trips to Scotland was personally selected for me by Scotch-Sommelier at The Pot Still in Glasgow. It was Glasgow Distillery 1770 Golden Beer Cask Finish (Unpeated 02). I loved it! I ordered a bottle on a late-Sunday evening and, given a special effort by “Libby” in Customer Service, had it delivered to our hotel before checkout by late-morning the next day. Thank You, Libby! You Rock!! And so does Glasgow Distillery!!!”

“I love Makar original gin , my favourite, so I was pleased to use your spring offer last week to buy two bottles. Delivery was prompt so no complaints. However I was disappointed to receive an email flier on Friday with the additional offer of 2 glasses and 2 tonics, which I had missed by having already made my purchases. I did send an email on Friday suggesting that I was sent these as a gesture of goodwill but have had no response.
So how about it? You do say you value your customers and strive to offer optimum level of customer service.
