“Gildeas have been very good in every aspect of their dealings with me. Due to many external issues i was very haphazard in my responses and actions during my claim. However i was never ever made to feel that this was an issue, instead i was treated with the utmost respect and was guided very kindly through the process. I would praise each staff member who helped me, it was excellent.”
