“I found the advice and support every helpful. Not just around the tome of the accident but also throughout my claim process. I felt involved and included in the whole process, whilst not having to worry about it, as I felt that my case was being handled in a professional manner whilst also being seen as an individual person by Seonaidh. This service was very much appreciated, not only because of the accident and the resultant issues, for which I received the appropriate help and support, but also in this time of the Covid19 pandemic it felt very important to me to feel included and valued, which I did. “Stephen Hay had control of the reins for me he kept me up to speed at all times and provided advice as and when required, progress was slow due to who he was dealing with dragging their heels but Stephens tenacity prevailed and a satisfactory result reached. Being a biker himself he was in the loop and easy to approach by phone or email always quick to respond nothing a problem. Would wholeheartedly recommend Gildeas Solicitors.
