“Very professional, courteous and efficient service from all staff particularly Mr Rajan Sharma, Claims Handler in Edinburgh. His patience, efficiency and professionalism helped so much after the car accident and kept us up to date of progress every step of the way. Would definitely use Gildeas services again.”

“Things went very slowly to begin , and once Carly Walker took my case and used the text messages I had on my phone from the 3rd party proving him to be responsible all went much better . I am happy with the outcome.”

“I found that I was kept informed promptly of every step of my claim and was treated with courtesy and understanding. When I had difficulty in obtaining a receipt the solicitor dealt with the matter and resolved it quickly. I had very little to do myself and everything was handled efficiently and within a reasonable timescale. Thank you Gildeas.”
