“Different people dealing with my case and no notice was given for the changes. Process was disorganised and took far to long. From the beginning I was informed that I would be referred to a physiotherapist but a few weeks past and still no physiotherapist appointment was arranged for me.I had to aske for it again.I had to asked my doctor for the medical records as you were unable to do it also was asked to chase my employer for my loss of income for you.”

“I found the advice and support every helpful. Not just around the tome of the accident but also throughout my claim process. I felt involved and included in the whole process, whilst not having to worry about it, as I felt that my case was being handled in a professional manner whilst also being seen as an individual person by Seonaidh. This service was very much appreciated, not only because of the accident and the resultant issues, for which I received the appropriate help and support, but also in this time of the Covid19 pandemic it felt very important to me to feel included and valued, which I did.
