“Haven’t tried the machine yet, mainly writing the review on the delivery process. I upgraded and paid for the white glove service thinking it would be built by either someone from the company or a contractor who’s built these same machines, well that wasn’t the case. It was 3 delivery guys who barely even knew they were delivering fitness equipment. They ended up having to read through all the directions on how to build the STEPR. I know it was only $100 difference in delivery options but I was kind of expecting more especially being call the “White Glove Service”. This is the reason as of now that I can only give it half the amount of stars I would like to give the review.”

“I ordered my STEPR on November 25th, 2023. After a month of waiting ( and paying for the white glove install) we finally got a call to schedule delivery. We were so excited that we were getting it before Christmas! On December 22, 2023 , the delivery company arrived at our house…. Only to drop the STEPR and break it. As of today I have not received it. But we paid lol”

Support identified a loose connection in the base, so now my Stepr is operational. Would love to see a troubleshooting guide since not all fixes are in the instruction manual. Would also love to see instructions for reinstalling apps.”
“For the money I spent I’m not happy at all the screen not clear not responsive the speakers are located in the back horrible sound it’s way too close the steps are very narrow it’s very loud not smooth at all u have 30 days to return it with all kinds of fees still waiting for an appointment for a service technician which will probably be after the return deadline”
