I ordered a stamp for my wedding, and when it arrived, the dates on it were tiny and unreadable. If I was made aware that it would print like this, I would have ordered a bigger size, so a heads up from the company would have been good as I now have an unreadable stamp.

Hi Katy, I'm really sorry to hear this. I hope you don't feel we were negligent in our responsibility here. So the good news is your stamp will definitely work perfectly with the right ink pad and technique. We sell a lot of stamps at all different levels of detail and at all different sizes and it's remarkable the level of detail you can get. I notice you didn't order an ink pad from us so can't speak to the quality of the pad you are using but a versafine ink pad will work with this stamp. On that note, as I say we sell a lot of stamps at all different levels of detail and size and for all different uses. To make that possible we do need to trust that the customer does want the stamp at the size they have ordered. We can make the stamps up to 10cm and you ordered 2cm so it is towards the smaller end of what we offer. As I say though, the stamp should work so if you want to follow up with some photos of the results you are getting to us@getstamped.co.uk we should be able to advise on how to improve the impression you get. I emailed to complaint about the stamp quality, they blamed the ink - typical! Even though I told them I have had many stamps with this design and many inks that all worked fine but couldn’t get a good print with their ink. Would not buy from them again

It came in late But also I have tried to reach out to them asking for support and some questions and never got an answer Also most of the stamp won’t really show doesn’t matter how much or what ink I use Need to improve your customer service as well as advise if some designs won’t be suitable for a stamp etc £24 spent really badly

Hi there! I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your experience. I've had a check to see if I can figure out what has happened. I’m really sorry about any lack of response. I’m afraid we’ve not received any previous correspondence from you. We would never intentionally ignore someone, so I am really sorry about that. I’m also sorry to hear the order arrived late, I’ve checked the tracking and it appears that the order was placed on the afternoon of the 30th of June, was dispatched on the 1st and was delivered on the 2nd. Was this not the case? That is as quick as it is possible for us to complete an order so I hope there hasn’t been a misunderstanding there. As for your disappointment with the stamp, I’ll see if I can help. I am sorry to hear it has been giving you trouble. I can assure you there is nothing wrong with the design at that size. I know you mention in the review that you have tried different inks but I am very confident that it will be the ink that is causing the issue. I notice you didn’t buy a pad from us so can I ask which brand ink pads you are using? We very much recommend the tsukineko brand. They are unrivalled in the quality of ink and if you take a look at our other reviews or our instagram you can get an idea of the level of detail that is possible. Trop cher pour un tampon dont le caoutchouc n'est pas plat, cela rend l'impression très inégale, sauf que si on appuie plus fort les bords du tampon touchent aussi la surface et font des marques, j'ai du couper des parties au cutter...

Hi Maxim, Thanks for the review and sorry that your stamp is giving you trouble. It should certainly be completely flat! As long as you are using it on a flat surface that doesn't bow it should work perfectly. If you reach out to us@getstamped.co.uk we'll see if we can figure out if anything went wrong in production or can hopefully identify what is causing the issue at least. To help with this could you send us a photo of the result you get on a piece of paper on a completely flat surface. That way we can see if the issue is with the stamp or with the technique.
I am disappointed with the quality. My stamp is not what i was expecting. The engraving is not deep enough and it is a mess when i stamp my logo in any surface. I actually wanted to use it on fabric and it is a mess. Then, why would you sell me a pad for the ink that doesn't work for the size of my stamp? it is useless for me. I thought the size of the pad was according to the sizes of the stamps you sell.....i wasted my money and will need to make another stamp that works with another company. Thanks x that!

Hi Deana, I'm very sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived. Your parcel was dispatched on 23rd and delivery was attempted on the 24th but unfortunately, it seems nobody was in. We've reached out to you a few times with the tracking link but are yet to hear back. We've organised redelivery so it should be with you very soon. Royal Mail should have left a card for you explaining this and I apologise if this was not the case. Generally they are very good but unfortunately, this does seem to occasionally happen.
