“The whole experience is great as I can eat what I like For me the down side is the website as I feel it quite slow at times and not very logically so If I am having a bad food day like today I tend not to bother with it However I have lost 12lbs and so far am pleased I would certainly recommend as I have been with both weightwatchers and slimming world and for me this is the best of the three”

“I have found Rosemary Conley Online incredibly useful. There are so many valuable tools available - food diary, weigh-in, articles, recipes - it's great. I also love the coffee shop, just when you need some support, there are so many members ready and willing to help. The coaches are fantastic too.”

“I had been using Tesco Diets but they closed. Of the online services Rosemary Conley was the closest to that and the best. The structure is sound and encouraging. Basically an improvement would be:- 1. A section where I could leave my own recipes which I use regularly and not have to keep repeating them. 2. For you to give the relevant breakdown for those recipes i.e. cals / ingredient composition. 3. To offer a planned follow up to the 4 week start with recipes stated on a weekly plan' based on the diet chosen. Now it maybe that I can do this already but I am 68 yrs old with limited internet skills and have been used to the facilities in the former Tesco Diet site.”
