“I like the way that there are different places you can go its so easy the best thing that i really like is the exercise part were you can pick which exercise is the best for you because everyone is different and some people have disabilities just like myself and you can brouse through everything in your own time no rushing its really good.”

“Never been to a slimming class in my life I am 55 yrs old I love the diversity of this site eg recipes. Exercise choices ability to speak to fellow dieters encouragement from coaches. I have lost half a stone without much trouble hooray for Rosemary conley”

“I have used various on-line diets in the past and although you could contact them if you needed help, the help on-line with Rosemary Connelly's' site is second to none. The people are lovely and kind and there is plenty of choice and assistance with this website and diet. I also like the encouragement and videos for the exercise choices, brilliant.”

“Direct, no fluff info. Found what I needed to know quickly. As very busy full time working mother the presentation of no fuss, quick to find what I need to know has been vital. Supportive but not pressurised. Online perfect ease of recording exactly as needed. Effective for self monitoring and behaviour learning. Loved the easy access recipes and the exercise access - I can fit that in when it suits my availability. So far no quibble - this formula works for me.”

“I have never tried an on-line diet club before, but I had become so disappointed with the regular diet clubs that meet once a week as if felt you were just a number and lined up like cattle to get weighed and they never lived up to the hype the promised. So finding the Rosemary Conley Diet Club on-line was both excited and motivating. I love how easy the website is to use. The recipes and the daily diary is invaluable to keeping you on track. I really feel that this way the club and the diet is tailored made to suit me because I have control of it. I really appreciate knowing the coaches are there when you need. I would highly recommend the diet and this website.”

“Hi highly reccommend online easy to fit in with daily life , iam dealing with depression and have had my tablets doubled in strenght and ive managed to lose 8lb with a maintain one week ,ive been far from perfect ,so just imagen what i could lose with just a little more thought and effort ,its not easy with the way iam feeling and ive had a healthy weight loss with just a few small changes,and as i continue to lose weight it will help me in many ways ,you dont have to jump in at the deep end ,a few simple changes will make a big difference ,so come on join the R C family you wont regret it invest in yourself . I would say good luck but you wont need it .”

“This website is very easy to use and there are lots of areas to "surf" on the website. It is very informative, great exercise videos, good recipe site. The coffee shop is a great way of keeping in touch with friends you have made through the club. It is excellent that they have such knowledgeable coaches available to contact for help. Often these types of website just let you put in you food diary and not much else. Brilliant online diet club.”

“I love the rosemary conley website with the recipes, coffee shop and the helpful advisors if you have a problem. At first the menu planner was a big problem for me not being computer minded but after using it and getting the hang of it seems simple now.”

“I am really pleased with this website. It is so easy to use and to understand. The only slight comment I would make is that sometimes it is hard to find the exact food product, but understand that all this has to be logged in, etc. And sometimes my foods do not appear on my "favourites". But that is just a slight thing. This really is a brilliant website with everything you could ever need on it.”

“I can honestly say that joining The Rosemary Conley on line is one of the best things I have ever done. It is very easy to navigate around the site, there is plenty of help from the coaching team and from the lovely ladies in the coffee shop. The recipe section is wonderful and I am trying out one a week. The exercise section is fantastic and I use it every day.”

“Really happy I decided to join RC Online, the site is easy to navigate, it's great to have access to coaches who are very quick to answer your questions. There are lots of menu ideas and the coffee shop "chat room" is really helpful. I have been a member for three weeks and am impressed with the level of support (and I have lost 7lb which is brilliant). I would highly recommend you take the plunge and join the club????”
