“From the minute I landed in Istanbul I was treated very well the hotel was top class and is in an ideal location near to the hospital where the transplant takes place the hospital being very modern and of impecable cleanliness. The operation day went better than I could ever have imagined all staff are polite and well mannered and this helped calm any nervous on the day. I am over the moon with my new hairline the results are fantastic to date - I will continue to recommend gethair to all my friends and family as their service is top draw / first class!”

“I had been in contact with 5 or 6 other clinics before taking my decision. It was a life changer step for me (Norwood Scale 5) so I didn't want to jeopardise services I receive and wanted to be 100% sure of everything before I go ahead with the right company. After a deep research I chose Gethair due to their excellent customer relations honest approach and of course highly-skilled surgeon. I got answers I needed to all my questions in detail and never felt disregarded. Some other clinics made me feel like they are doing this only for bigger profit. With Gethair I didn't sense that kind of a feeling. Our first contact was 4 months ago and after that they kept me up-to-date with emails and never forgot me and also never been pushy or whatsoever. In Istanbul transfers were no problem food was better than expected everyone was smiling at all times. You literally understand that they do this business because they like what they are doing. Before my final decision I read the reviews and experiences of people which helped me a lot and I hope mine would help you as well. Surely recommended to anyone.”

“I had an amazing service and experience. I went to Istanbul with my wife and stayed for 5 days as it was our first time there we wanted to enjoy and get the most out of it. Operation: From the start to the end they took very good care of me at all times and we never felt alone. If you need anything just phone one of the coordinators and they do their best. The surgeon was absolutely fantastic and highly experienced. All other team members were very professional. Everyone in the clinic knows what they are doing and as far as I can say they took it very seriously. I am now looking forward to see the results but I can already say that they exceeded my expectations by far and I have been treated me like a king. Definitely recommended. Worths every penny.”

“I went to Istanbul for the first time for my operation. It is a beautiful city and food is amazing. The hotel they took me to was absolutely clean and new. The staff was friendly and helped me many times. The Surgeon and their team were definitely professional and experienced. They explained me every stage clearly and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous at the beginning but when the operation started I immediately felt relaxed. I was already convinced that I will be in professional hands before but seeing the hotel clinic an experienced surgeon and smiling people you are feeling that you have done the right choice. I have already advised Gethair to some colleagues and totally recommend it to anyone. Merci.”

“The first rule in hair transplants are not to raise your self-expectations too much normally but with Gethair each step of the service I received including the operation itself was absolutely fantastic and encouraging. We always hesitate before making up our minds as travelling abroad is not very ideal for many people. Forget about this idea. Turkey is the right place for hair transplant. Although there are many other clinics promising pretty much the same service Gethair is one step further. Their friendly and professional approach is what you need. Operation was very straightforward and carried out by professional Surgeon. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering an fue operation.”

“It has been just over a month since my hair transplant. From start to finish everything has been over the standards I expected. The whole team are really professional and their help is indescribable. Everything they offered me was delivered accurately to meet my needs. And now it is just a waiting game for my results. I am confident that my results will be good and I just can't wait for them. “Now it has been almost 7 months post operation I am back in the game. For me it was hard to believe that this operation would work and had suspicions. It just takes time that's all guys. Be patient and stay positive. I haven't seen a growth for the first two months and they said its absolutely normal. But then the hairs started to grow more and more. I can assure you that you will spend a good time in front of a mirror everyday gladly. Thinking of these hairs will never fall out again the confidence is boosting. It has a positive impact on your social life. With these professionals you are at the right place.”

“After several month's of research I ended up with 2 companies. But Gethair was simply answering even my silly questions in details at the same day and provided everything I asked for.. Which meant to me a lot because this is not something you are buying at your local supermarket. An upsetting operation would cost you more than cash in your pocket. Also being the only clinic with a physical contact available in the UK gave me the chance to see them before taking a further step. We are still in touch and never lost the contact. They beat European clinics both in cost and professionalism. What you see is what you get. I was promised to pay no extra penny and I didn't. Even got aftercare products for free!! Highly recommended.”

“Basically I chose Gethair because they kept everything very simple and transparent. I had an operation before in 2008 in another country but wasn't very happy. They approached professionally and firstly wanted to examine all my photos in detail to see what they can suggest. Then they gave me a price quote. They didn't sell dreams they were realistic on what they could offer. Because I know my donor was weak so seeing them not raising my expectations with empty promises made me feel comfortable. At the end they did a top job. From the hair surgeon to assistants everyone asks you if you need anything or feeling comfortable. I felt like home very welcoming and warm people. Hotel was very smart and the hospital was clean and spotless for me. In my three days visit they gave me a dense looking wonderful hairline and top hair. Thank you everyone!”

“My experience was great. From the moment I landed to the day I left. I loved the fact that the price included my stay and the transfers to and from the airport plus my medication and food. My results are great with more to come. I keep recieving compliments from the people that know me and im generally very confident in my self again. Lets just say I have my mojo back. ;-) I would recommend it to any one who suffers with hair loss.”

“I had my hair operation with GetHair 7 months ago now and I have to say I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the outcome. I met with Kaan in London first and was provided with very useful information. He answered all my questions even weird ones honestly and never left communication afterwards. I got the impression that they really care about your hair from the beginning. Now it has been around 7 months and we are still in touch for updates. I think the best thing is you always have a local contact back in the UK which none of the others have. This made me feel very comfortable to be honest. Due to nature of my profession my hair is very important for my presentation. I was in contact with several companies but you cannot go any further than an email or a short phone call. Meeting with someone professional face to face in their London office I felt reassured to go ahead with the procedure in Istanbul. From the first minute I was quite stressed at the airport. But once I was landed the transfers welcoming hospital hygiene hospitality and care was no issues at all. Seemed like everyone is ready to help and serve. The operation was straightforward and easy. Once I was back went back to their London office and my pictures were taken. The difference is unbelievable. It definitely puts a big smile on your face. I recommend GetHair to everyone who is after a good and safe hair transplant.”

“Having done a LOT of research over the years (as i advise everyone else to do the same) I finally decided that my hair had reached the stage where i was ready for a hair transplant. Going around to different companies i never felt any were being genuine to the level as i had expected as this involves my health; a majority of hair transplant companies try to get you to make a decision by a certain date to get an 'amazing deal' and for me thats not looking after your clients. Anyway the prices in the UK are just crazy! I mean i know its because doctors here have high tax to pay etc but at these prices it's ridiculous. I then dropped an email to Kaan at GetHair and from the start i had nothing but honesty time and space to decide how we should proceed. We spent weeks emailing before i eventually was the one who said 'i'm ready to meet and discuss this further'. I got to the office in London and it was exactly what i expected based on the emails just honesty and at my own pace. After sending the pictures the doctor replied swiftly and with a detailed report saying due to a limited donor area i would get most likely 2000-2500 grafts and with that we can work on a new hairline and work back from there. I decided i would book this offer for two months time and this was no problem again and during that time Kaan kept in tocuh to make sure everything was ok etc. (If you can pay in full before you go you are entitled to a 5% discount which i took them up on!) So the 26th October 2013 came for me to fly to Turkey and i was greeted by the driver who took me to the clinic; all staff were friendly always smiled. I met the Doctor and the staff and there were no language barriers what so ever. The transplant itself was painless! I just watched TV through the whole thing with lunch in between. As i didnt have a great donor they took some hair from the chest also and i was thinking i would get 2000 grafts but by the end i got 3200! (2800 from the head and 500 from the chest) so the whole of the front and the top of the head got done; i was over the moon when i heard the news! The next day came and i was explained everything to do with the aftercare (shampoos lotions etc) and the driver took me to the airport and I was back in London! 3 days no hassle one of the best experiences of my life! I may decide to go back in 12-18 months to do the expanded crown area. A big thank you to ALL the GetHair team from London to Istanbul!”

“i would recommend gethair to any1 who is losing there hair after a long trip to istanbul i was greated by a private driver to the clinic the staff and sergion was very friendly good english speaking and a very clean clinic overall was impressed with the operation and the healing of my head now my hair is starting to grow back i cannot wait for the final result”

“Very professional surgeon and staff. They welcomed me at the Ataturk Airport and the hospital staff welcomed me with a great hospitality. My surgeon explained me the steps and drew a line to show how I will look like after the recovery. No language barriers. UK clinics are very overpriced and not so professional. GetHair still sends emails and ask for my updated pictures which matters for me as this shows they care.”

“I had my operation done 7 months ago 3500 grafts and my hair is growing permanently not falling out any more. I can definitely say now I feel more confident and happy. I was also pleased with the service I got in Istanbul by all means. Professional and nice people always willing to help. Qualified doctor and team. Airport transfers were no hassle. I still cannot believe I got my hairline back! Worth every penny.”

“Seeing your new hair in front of a mirror is totally priceless. After two days I woke up and realised the change once again. “To be honest I have never been to Istanbul before although had a holiday down in south of Turkey. An operation abroad was "not" my first choice obviously but I couldn't afford to pay here in the UK. After spending a lot of time with shopping around I minimized the possible number of clinics into 4. Many has qualified doctors with good testimonials and speaking English. But; none has an office in the UK where you can meet in person apart from Gethair. At the end you will be looking for a couple of grand to be paid and don't want to get scammed right?. This company has an office here in London and the guy I met (the manager) was extremely positive and helpful. I can say all the answers I got have satisfied me. Never pushy or looking down into my pockets..(at least I didn't get this feeling) But I should admit they weren't the cheapest of others. But paying some extra quid worth truly knowing to the company you are dealing with. Their chauffeur welcomed me at the airport and I have been called by Romina the coordinator immediately. The hospital was quite hygienic and modern I would say. I felt like there is absolutely no need to stay and pay extra for a hotel there. All the staff was great and cheerful. I literally called them at 10pm for a tea and they served in a flash. Meals were okay don't raise your expectations a lot its a hospital still but better than some others I have been to so far. The surgeon and the team was a spot on. They know what they are doing and explaining at every stage. You can definitely count on these professionals. Now I got all my hair back in one day and already started to enjoy of being young again. No sutures no scars no unwanted look anymore. Still reluctant to go abroad for hair transplant? You are back in 3 days with loads of hair! And will be saving a huge amount of Â£Â£Â£. A total no brainer.”
