“Reasonably price items. Faster dispatch than website stated which was handy. I now have peace of mind my daughter will be safe when going out with her friends and she feels more in control if the worst to happen.
The website contradicts the emails I received. I had a discount code I think from tiktok however when I used it, it changed the postage cost. I spoke to customer service via the email response system and replies were reasonable time frame. Based on the response I said I wouldn't continue with purchase however they resolved the issue and honored the discount code and free postage.
It's the great customer service and resolution that will make me return.”
