“60-year-old mum transformation! I was at first sceptical when my daughter gifted me a month's supply of Nourished gummies... I had given up on losing weight but after a couple of months I had lost 6 kilos. I have continued to keep the weight off and I slightly changed the formula when I re-ordered it myself: I kept the appetite reducing elements and added Ashwagandha. So now I have noticed a gradual reduction in my anxiety levels which is helping my mental health and overall well-being.”

We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon! “I don't want to be dramatic, but honestly, these have changed my life. I was a bit sceptical at first but I did a lot of research and thought 'why not give them a try'. I suffer from PCOS, Migraines and IBS but for me the biggest issue is the PCOS symptoms so I opted for the premade PCOS stacks. I have been using them now for almost 3 months and I cannot praise them enough, I have more energy, i have lost weight, my skin is a lot clearer and my excess hair has really slowed down. Everytime someone sees me they comment on 'how well' i look! Recently, I decided that I would like to try the more personalised stacks and the customer service team (Katie!) were amazing, quick and efficient and I cannot fault any dealings i have had with the company. Delivery is always fast, the stacks themselves taste good, imagine a medicinal fruit pastelle and I have already recommended the stacks to others.”

“I’ve been looking into vitamin supplements to help support my health and reduce some symptoms I was experiencing such and tingling and stabling pains in my extremities which I know is linking to an ongoing B12 deficiency. I was also exploring moving into a more Mediterranean diet and I liked that you could choose which vitamins you wanted. I liked the price point, as many vitamins are much more expensive, that they are from bioavailable sources and the packaging is recyclable/biodegradable. So I ordered my first subscription. Customer service were super helpful and contacted me soon after to confirm my order, but noting I had forgotten to add a vitamin to my stack. This was soon rectified and they were really efficient in sorting this out. I received my stacks and the packaging was not only really cute, but really informative about what was in it and what their process is all about. I really value transparency and they certainly give you that. I’ve really been enjoying my supplement, it’s tasty and easy to take, I actually look forward to it so am more consistent in its use. My symptoms have reduced and I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my health. Highly recommend and have passed along this recommendation to my friends. I will say however, the protein bars were not for me, although I’m not a big fan of them anyway. The stacks are awesome, will certainly be renewing my subscription for the foreseeable future ☺️”

“3 months in and very happy! I need to keep testing out different flavour coatings as I haven't found one i love yet, but at least I can change them which you cant do with conventional vitamins. The main thing i have noticed is that the arthritis that was starting to become a real problem in my right hand has pretty much disappeared. Would definitely recommend to anyone especially anyone that has specific requirements as these are so customisable. Tania”

“I got to choose the set of vitamins for my objective. So my selection of vitamins in each stack is targeted to my needs. They came with each days stack in a separate packet. They are easy to eat, and with a nice taste. I have a swallowing problem, so can’t take even small tablets, so these stacks answer a real need. Thank you Nourished.”

“Not only are these yummy but they really do make a difference to the way that I feel. I’ve suffered with illness all of my life and to be able to tailor make these to fit my health is something that really does make a difference. I’ve been taking these now since December when my partner got them for me as a stocking filler and I’ve not turned back. Nourished as a company have also been fabulous. They had some issues with their delivery company and straight away sent me a replacement box. They are quick to respond and are always friendly and willing to help with the best possible solution. I really cannot fault them and will continue to order these excellent tailor made gummies.”
