Thanks for the 5-star review! 🤩 We agree, our stacks have a higher absorption rate compared to the standard encapsulated vitamins

“Two issues and customer services was not able to help me out. First, I asked if there was a yearly rate to lower the cost, and all that was offered was a 3-month rate. Second, I had an issue with my shipment never arriving, and all they could do was send me another order on a regular timeframe, at the same time as my next month order. What I would have expected: (1) A refund on the order that never arrived (2) a yearly subscription at a lower cost. I have decided to cancel my subscription, more due to customer service around my order never arriving and still getting charged for it, with the only option to resend another box with the next month order. Super frustrating.”

“I love nourished, I first got them when they came out early in 2020. Over the years I have tried a number of different supplements but the cost of buying them all separately was ridiculous. Since taking inner strength I have felt great and so much better. I have a lot more energy and my workouts have been so much better. Thanks Nourished”

“We really like these stacks, especially as they can be tailor made. However, Nourished have just changed the way they send out the packs. We used to get one each a month under our 3 monthly subscription plan. Now they send 3 months supply together. For two of us, 6 boxes is too much to store, so we’ve cancelled our subscription and will rethink our needs when we have munched through our 4 month supply.”

Hey Brian Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate all feedback from our customers. We have recently changed the way we send our bundle option meaning we have chosen to send all 3 orders together to ensure that there are no issues with the deliveries in between your stacks, which will ensure that there are no gaps between your orders. Also, by receiving all 3 boxes at once, means you do only have to be available to take delivery once every 3 months, so no deliveries are missed or returned to us.

“I was really excited about receiving these vitamins. Initially there were issues with not having some of the vitamins in stock however the team were very quick in contacting me and helping decide on new ones. I never received my order bearing in mind I wrote to let them know and they assured me that another order was on the way to me which again I never received that order. However they did give me a refund. A lot of back and forth emails but there communication is great and they are a friendly team. It’s just disappointing I never got to try the product.”
