“Love the concept to be able to design a personalised supplement. Not only do you have the flexibility but they taste great as well. My kids liked the colourful look of them so much that they asked for some. As a result I have ordered the kids stacks which they love too.”

“I started one of their subscriptions in the hope of getting a bit healthier as I knew I wasn't getting all the right vitamins through food and drink, I also wanted to improve my sleep as I'd had struggles getting much prior to getting these! I started to notice a difference after about 3 weeks, I'm on about week 6 now I think and I shall continue my subscription as long as I can afford to, this is the only downside I can see, it is quite an expensive subscription, yes it's customised to you and probably rather expensive to make but it is a touch expensive but that really is the only downside! They taste as good as any gummy sweet, I've had watermelon so far, and they are a fun novelty that actually helps your body which is great!”

“I have gone from having lots of individual boxes and bottles to just these, it is so convenient! The gummies themselves are quite yummy. I was concerned as I don't like jelly sweets at all but these are really nice.”

“I’ve had a very positive experience so far, I look forward to receiving my monthly order! I wasn’t sure about the gummies at first but now I really enjoy them, they kind of feel like a treat. They’re tasty and there’s so many flavours to choose from, I’ve stuck to watermelon as that’s my favourite flavour! I find it much easier to remember to eat gummies everyday vs tablets so much more convenient for me. I love the personalisation and the control I have to change my stack to address different concerns if needs be. You get what you pay for!”

“Nicely packaged and presented, I can’t say if they’ve really made a difference after 8 weeks, but I was already taking multi vitamins. I disliked how hard it is to cancel the subscription, I should be able to click a button and instantly cancel rather than have to wait for a retention team to email me.”

“It's fun filling out the survey and seeing the results of what vitamins you need. Taste of vitamins is okay. I would agree with other reviewers on price, it is expensive but at the same time you do get them delivered home every month which is efficient and easy.”

“Great service, bespoke product, tastes great, what more is there to say? They are more expensive than a bottle of pills from the chemist, so if that's what you're comparing, then go to Boots. Nourished is for you if you're interested in levelling up your life as well as your health.”

“Quite expensive for what they are, could get the same stuff in a pack of multivitamins. However these are very tasty and as someone who is mostly housebound having them delivered to my house is great. I have not noticed an effect yet but have only been taking them for 1.5 months ish.”

It is great to hear that you are enjoying the convenience of your stacks. We always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference 🤩

“Like the product. Like the idea. Liked the whole service. Just can't justify the cost vs. just buying each of the vitamins individually in tablet form. If the cost was a little more competitive I would absolutely continue to purchase (appreciate you need volume to probably make this happen). I imagine these chews are very moisture sensitive etc, but long term you have to get rid of the wasteful packaging somehow.”

“After using the Meno-Pause stack for a while I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription. This was due to finances however I have noticed how much I was benefitting from taking them and my health is a priority so I have decided to restart my subscription.
