“Love the convenience of being able to tailor to my needs but all in one gummy instead of having to take a horse pill or a bunch of them. I also really like that you can choose from so many flavour options. The texture is a little odd though, more mushy than I'd ideally like.”

Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual!

“They arrived in minimal packaging, which I love, and I do feel reassured that I'm getting the micro-nutrients in my diet that I tend to be a little low on. The taste isn't bad, but it isn't good, though I appreciate they've done as much as they really can with this it isn't the primary purpose. Delivery was a lot slower than expected, and I can't comment yet on the affects because it hasn't been long enough but I can say I am likely to repurchase and I appreciate the personalised service.”

“I have been using Nourished for over a month now and it has been great! They are delicious and convenient, I am taking the recommended stack but have swapped a couple of vitamins for different ones. The only criticism I have, is that they do take a long time to print so I had to go a few days without a stack before the new order arrived.”

Namely, I have found the website functionality can occasionally be defective (when changing my stack for example). However, the staff are able to manage your account from their end if you contact them, and they are always quick to respond (typically under a couple hours if you contact them during the daytime).”
