“I have been using Nourished for some time now and I really love them! It is great to get up to 7 vitamins in 1 tasty gummy which is easy to chew and swallow, rather than tablets that stick in your throat. The vitamins are tailored to my needs and I have felt the benefits. I have more energy, better mood and it has supported my weight loss journey. The combination and flavour are easy to change to ensure the vitamins are meeting your needs. I have recommended a friend and would recommend to anyone wishing to try Nourished.”

“I loved the concept of being able to build my own "stack" of vitamins etc. and stop having to sort out a host of different ones - having it all in one tasty easy to consume stack makes like much easier. I haven't done a cost comparison but I would guess I am a little better off now too which is a bonus. I had an issue with the order cycle in that I was running out before the next delivery came but we have adjusted that - one thing I would ask is that the box is changed to one that fits through a standard letter box to make delivery easier.”

“I've been using nourished for a few months and love the concept. I have no idea whether it's having an impact on my health or not but I feel good and they are easy to take. I always pop one in my handbag if I'm going to be in the office or take a few if I'm on holiday. Delivery is very easy and they store well.”

“I have been taking these vitamins for about 3 weeks.. I always thought vitamins was a gimmick and I never even contemplated taking them… until, the doctors told me I was deficient in so many things and advised me to take vitamins. I was so lifeless, lethargic and down. I was really struggling to get to sleep and have a solid nights sleep without waking up, I was getting headaches from hell on a daily basis. After about a week of taking these I have had the best sleeps I have had in the last 10 years. I am falling to sleep in minutes and not waking up. Now 3 weeks in, I feel like my energy levels have elevated tenfold and my headaches have completely stopped. I don’t know if it’s the vitamins or not.. but it’s the only change I have made to my life. Try them!”

“These are a great product. I started using Nourished stacks, after having COVID 19 in early 2021. I hadn't really recovered by December 2021, and I've still not fully recovered now. I was looking for a company who offered customised vitamins, as I needed to supplement parts of my diet that were lacking and to also boost my immune system. The quiz allowed me to find where I needed to improve, as I've been lacking energy and getting tired near the end of every week. The ability to change between subscriptions has allowed me to gain more from it as I find the right balance with the vitamins and ingredients that are included in my personalised stack. My energy levels have been boosted, but also my general health has also improved since I started to take the stacks over the last few months. It has become part of my daily routine and will continue to be for the foreseeable. I definitely recommend these as an option to try and improve your health.”

“I absolutely adore Nourished. I used to be terrible with my vitamins and trying to find vegetarian ones was incredibly hard. I saw these originally through an ad and haven't gone back since. Wrapped individually and sent straight to my door! Plus with the quiz it was easy to tailor to me and it's definitely helped!”

“Before Nourished, I was taking many supplements per day and a generic multi-vitamin. Nourished customizes the vitamin experience by allowing me to choose only what I need. You get seven different vitamins in one stack, which I've found convenient and a good value for money. It's much easier to swap out different supplements as needed or desired with Nourished, compared to the old way of having to finish a bottle of vitamins before starting a new one. There's a variety of flavours and coatings, so taking my vitamins has never been something to dread.”
