“Amazing product and great customer service. Have been taking these for over a year after hating normal vitamins taste and not a big fan of taking pills. These are super tasty with great coatings - yes they are pricey, but well worth it overall. Never any real issues with the order either and the one time there was a slight mistake I got a full replacement the following week. Packaging is slick and even fits through the postbox if you aren’t at home!”

“Pretty impressed so far, looking forward to seeing how the journey progresses! Taste: The vitamins themselves taste great, I’ve tried strawberry and peach so far. Delivery: I’ve had 2 boxes, and the second box arrived a few days after my first box ran out. Third box is scheduled to arrive on time though! Effects: Feels too early for any definitive effects, but I did notice my iron level being at its highest.”

“Such an easy and tasty way to consume a vitamin. These gummies are really tasty and I love eating them, knowing I’m getting nutrition at the same time. It’s great that I am able to personalise them to my requirements, meaning they are more specific to what I need out of a vitamin. It took about 4 weeks to notice the difference and if I forget to take a vitamin, I can definitely notice so I am certainly going to keep going with these. I have more energy, and it kept my hunger pangs away as well as my nails getting much stronger. All because of one tasty gummy!”

“I’m into my 3rd month of taking Nourished from what started as a trial with little expectation following a long few months of hormonal fluctuations and stress. I was convinced I was perimenopausal and was taking another branded vitamin specifically for this which made me feel so much worse. I saw Nourished pop up on my social media feed and gave it a try mainly to boost my energy and settle my hormones and I’m so glad I did! Within 2 weeks I already felt settled and calmer, the cola sweet coating is like having a sweet first thing which is great :) I’ve had no issues or fluctuations, my weight has started to come down finally following these balances and overall I feel amazing while taking these. I love that you have the option to change flavour and layers from month to month and will consider doing this if I feel the need for a more targeted solution at any one point. For now it agrees with me mentally and physically, which is a godsend and poles apart from where I was before I started taking them. Thank you Nourished!”

“I've been taking vitamin stacks for some time now, sometimes up to 10 tablets, so I love that the Nourished contains a personalised stack in one. I've been taking for less than a month so can't comment fully on results, but they're super convenient to take and I love the compostable packaging. Some textures within the stack aren't great (to my taste), so I might change things up a little. Pineapple taste is nice, looking forward to trying other coating flavours.”

“I am so happy with the custom vitamins I get from Nourished for my son. My son has a life threatening auto immune illness so having the options to have vitamins custom so they include lots of vitamins to keep immune system healthy is vital and is such a piece of mind for me. My son loves these vitamins they are easy to eat. The vitamins always arrive on time are packed in compostable packaging which we are all for and come in eco packaged individual vitamin packs which again are compostable. We love how if we want to add more vitamins to the stack you can do this and even change the flavour so much choice and excellent quality of vitamins made. Customer service is always so helpful . “After two months I feel as though I have more energy, improved mood and I have suffered fewer migraines. I am generally less hungry and have noticed I’ve lost fat and perhaps this is down to appetite suppression from some of the ingredients. Not sure I have felt any effects on libido yet, but we shall see!
