“Nice product. Flavour is good and tastes nice. Only comment is whether there’s a way to reduce the amount of packaging?”

Hey Thomas - Thank you for your feedback, we are always working on reducing our packaging options. Hopefully in the future we will discover the solution to minimise it even more, however our packaging is completely plastic free, fully recyclable and home compostable 🌎 We are super happy you enjoy your stacks and your chosen flavour ❤️

“The texture is so off putting because it is not like a gummy. It’s moreso like a really hard condensed jello. The flavor is also terrible. I chose the sweet orange topping so I’m not sure if one of my ingredients just tastes bad or what it is. It’s to the point where I stopped using these after 3 days. I am now questioning just moving to a bunch of pills instead”

Hi Jillian, thanks for the review. Yes, some of the nourishments can be stronger tasting than others. We do have lots of different coating flavours though other than sweet orange to try 😀. “I will say this for Nourished, they have fantastic customer service. Heidi deserves a raise. I am trying to find the perfect flavor and really haven't found it yet. One stack I had with orange and a black pepper taste. The pineapple is mehtastic. I thought the original sweet and black currant were fine enough, while the sour was not for me. Next up will be strawberry. As for the benefits, not completely sure. I lost weight last year, gained much of it back this year. So I changed my stack to help a bit with cravings and such. I probably need more time to see how it effects me. Before that I tried a mix of things to help with my anxiety and depression during Covid19 Quarantine and it seems to put me in a better and more manageable mood. My sleep is slightly better too as of a late. So, I would tell you to try it out, get advice from Heidi and see how it goes.”

“Only been taking these for a couple of weeks and was very sceptical of vitamins and how they really work. Have to take double the amount of standard people. All I can say is WOW. I feel so much better. I’m sleeping. My digestive system is turned around and as I’m diabetic they are sugar free.”

“Love how customizable they are. The texture and flavor of the gummies are by far the best I've had for a vitamin. Only a week in, and can't say I feel any difference, but I also expect it's pretty early to feel more energy or any drastic effects. The only negative I would say is that about half of my vitamins arrived squished (flattened) from the shipping. Doesn't impact the taste or effectiveness, but kind of disappointing considering the cost, that the packaging doesn't protect the product better.”

Hey Rich - Thank you for your feedback. We would advise to allow around 6 weeks of taking any multi vitamins to start to feel the benefits of taking them daily. Sometimes it can be sooner 😊
