“My hair, skin and nails have never been so good. I bought them from Instagram and was slightly skeptical as to whether I would see any effect. I opted for the beauty blend, which have started to work as my hair has never been so thick. I'm not a huge fan of the texture however I have tried some really bad tasting and smelling vitamins in the past so I can overlook this. I really like the plastic free packaging and the little packages they come in. I carry them around in my bag and take them on the go, so I never miss any. I've been asked so many times about what they are and I really can't recommend them enough.”

“I noticed a slight difference after a few weeks of taking them every day. I really like them and I enjoy them much more now I have more of a flavour to them. I would like to be able to change my stacks through my account, which is the only downside. The team have always been responsive to my needs so I am a happy customer. It's make my regime just that bit easier and something that I don't have to think about. Great time saver.”

“I've never taken vitamins before, mainly because I don't like swallowing capsules or tablets and the almost always come in some form of plastic packaging. So when I saw Nourished not only was I thrilled that they came in a chew form but that they were entirely zero waste, no plastic packaging and I can home compost the packaging. The taste is great and I'm confident I'm now getting all the vitamins my bodies needs.”

“Everything about Nourished is appealing! The gummies look and taste delicious, making it easy to remember to take my daily vitamins. There are lots of combinations on the website I'd like to try. Also, I absolutely love the personal touch when I build my own stack. After ordering my first box I switched to a subscription and the customer service has been excellent.”

“The texture is grainy instead of gummy, so not what I expected, the size is enormous for a gummy vitamin so I understand the price but they are not enjoyable to eat in my opinion. Disappointing as it's something I've never seen before and the flavouring tastes artificial but this to me. So not my thing, sorry”
