“Being diagnosed Myalgic encephalomyelitis, also called chronic fatigue syndrome I was spending a small fortune on all types of different supplements every month. We do have a fabulous customer love team here at Nourished don't we! Thanks for the awesome review 🤩 We always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual

“I have been taking my personalised Nourished vitamins for about 1.5 months. Never had I thought I would stick to it, but I actually have, as I have started feeling most of my menopausal symptoms eased and I also feel more energetic, motivated and content. Originally I thought the cover was a bit too sweet but I have changed it now and looking forward to the new version. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a personalised vitamin complex to try Nourished.”

“Love these and can't do without them. I'm sure it's these which have made my hair grow longer and thicker, which no other product has managed in 20 odd years! Customer service is great. Good price for what you get. DPD wouldn't be my first choice of delivery but can't have everything.”

“Terrible service but nice product,customer service when it goes wrong is very lacking and messages are not read correctly first time round,not sure if i will purchase again,also big delays,product was shipped late even though they initially told me it was being processed,nearly three weeks to complete order”

“This is the future of vitamins! I love that they are tailored to my specific health needs and goals, and delivered to my door! They taste great (lots of flavor options) and I look forward to eating my gummy every morning... that's never happened with any other vitamin supplement! I only wish more layers and more vitamin options were available (they must have something over two dozen, to be fair).”
