“Love the convenience of the subscription and they taste good too. I was having symptoms of iron deficiency, hair falling out and feeling faint, but since taking nourished I’ve felt great and my hair is already stronger! Will keep ordering!”

“I recently made a big lifestyle change from eating meat all my life to then becoming a pescatarian. I was quite concerned about missing out on important vitamins and minerals specifically iron, B12 and zinc. I had a look at other vitamin suppliers but none of them were customisable. I eat really healthily and therefore didn’t need a lot of the other vitamins supplied in a multivitamin. I also couldn’t find one that contained all three of the above mentioned vitamins. I thought to myself there has to be a company that allows you to customise your vitamin needs and that’s when I came across Nourished. I love that you can fill in a quiz about your lifestyle and it suggests vitamins and minerals to supplement your diet and lifestyle. I also like that you can edit the suggestion and ask for specific vitamins and minerals. It’s great that you can take all the vitamins and minerals you need in one simple chewable bite rather than having to take 5-7 different vitamins which becomes exhausting after a while and makes you not want to take them. It also tastes really nice and has been easy to add into my daily routine. I’ve been feeling so much better with more energy and performing better in the gym. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! So glad I found this company and will be a customer for life!”

“Haven't received my order yet and you want a review. Well service sucks, was given wrong tracking, which dosn't mean much because been almost 2 weeks with no delivery. Will not continue this subscription as seems useless.”

“Order was easy to do and picking what you want is great I choose cola flavour and its ok would be interested to try other ones but so far no difference in how I feel still feeling very lethargic and low energy so a bit disappointed in that,some say it can take 3 months but I would hope after one I would’ve felt something different.”

“I have been taking Nourished vitamins for more than 2 years, and they've not only helped me in losing over 5 stone, but I genuinely love the product! They are excellent quality, taste great (except the ashwagandha; I don't like the taste - just my personal preference though!), and it's brilliant that you can tailor the stacks to fit with whatever it is you hope to get from them. There are so many to choose from as well - super happy with this product! The 'customer love' team is really helpful too”
